Pump repair must be carried out correctly using component parts which suit the operating conditions. The hydraulic conditions experienced by the pump must also be reviewed to ensure that the pump is operating at it's peak efficiency and performance. We have often received pump repair contracts ( following third party repairs by companies who have little hydraulic design experience) and been able to extend the operational life and efficiency of the units which in turn has increased the efficiency of the associated plant.

We often work with the site operations team to enhance system performance and in many cases have improved system efficiency to the extent that the savings from this alone have paid for the overhauls in a short timescale.
