• Weir OCI manufactures a full range of Det Norske Veritas (DNV) certified containers and baskets, for sale or hire, for use anywhere on sea or land, around the globe. All containers are multi-certified by DNV to ensure compliance with DNV 2.7-1 c/n, International Maritime Organisation Circular 860 and the European Standard for Offshore Containers, EN 12079.
• The majority of Weir OCI's containers, new or rental, are built to a minus 20ºC rating, as required for locations where low ambient temperatures occur.  This ensures that the equipment is protected from cold weather embrittlement, that can cause failures in lifted equipment.
• Weir OCI designs and manufactures specialist equipment fitted out for any purpose you require.  Designs include computer laboratories, rigging lofts, mobile workshops, logging units and more. Weir OCI is quick to respond to the unique needs of the offshore industry, and is the first Australian manufacturer of Certified Offshore Refrigeration / Freezer containers.
• Weir OCI maintains a detailed database of the full service history of every container, including the traceability of critical components, weld consumables, weld procedures and welder qualifications. Customers are provided with copies of all relevant certificates for each container.
• Our trained personnel are conveniently located close to where the action is, ensuring that containers are maintained to the highest possible standard. By arrangement, our representatives can assist in carrying out routine inspections, sling lubrication and maintenance.
