Weir Services is a maintenance company that specialises in the overhaul of valves and rotating equipment to the power industry.

Many of the pumps and valves in Nuclear stations around the world are from associated companies in the Weir Group which shows our ability to work in the global environment to the highest quality standards.

We recognise the importance of minimising refuelling outage durations to maximise generation output and have worked on all designs of Nuclear Power Station within the INPO environment.

Weir Services are able to supply personnel and equipment for outage management including the preparation of work procedures, quality documentation and stock management relating to the maintenance process.

As a company that can offer full design, manufacture, outage management and direct overhaul of station equipment we are able to supply a comprehensive service which we have found adds value to the customer and reduces the number of costly interfaces.

We have the ability to work as the outage management team or as a subcontractor to the resident management team.
